Contains reports of cases, mostly in the King's Bench, in oblong notebooks, all but one labelled on spine. The reporter has been tentatively identified as Edward Phillips, bencher of Gray's Inn. The collection is arranged in the following manner: Vol. 1: Mich. 1 to Hil. 4 Geo. II (1727-1731); v.2: Pas. 4 to Hil. 5 Geo. II (1731-1732); v.3: Pas. 5 to Mich. 7 Geo. II (1732-1733); v.4: Mich. 7 to Trin. 8 Geo. II (1733-1734); v.5: Mich. 8 to Pas. 8 Geo. II (1734-1735); v.7: Pas. 9 to Trin. 10 & 11 Geo. II (1736-1737), and a Chancery case of Mich. 11 Geo. II (1737); v.8: Mich. 11 to Hil. 12 Geo. II (1737-1739); v.9: Hil. 16 to Trin. 16 & 17 Geo. II (1743-1744).
